"I was a
cattle farmer in South Africa for almost 40 years, and I used the
Immobilizer for over five years. Widespread, there are over
10,000 units in the hands of vets and farmers without one single
animal death or injury that I am aware of. I was amazed there were
no Immobilizers here in America. So I decided to bring it into this
country so that the vets and farmers here can benefit from its many
advantages. We at Stephca think that the Immobilizer can
be a great aid in the work that vets and farmers do." |

"Seven months ago I was introduced
to the Immobilizer. I have been using it for many things,
including castrating 500 to 600 pound calves. I was amazed at the
improvement and the safety in the procedure, not having to worry
about the animal jumping around or kicking. I have used the Immobilizer
when working on an animal's head, and I have given shots in the
eyelids of cattle for pinkeye with ease."

"I work primarily with beef cattle,
dairy cattle and horses. We have used the Immobilizer on different
animals, and I was impressed with the way the animals are calmed
when they get in the chute. We can do physical exams, feel the legs,
or practically anything, safely, without danger of being injured.
The Immobilizer is ideal for minor surgery, castrations,
dehornings, clipping cattle for sales and shows. I've seen several
people who were injured very badly, getting kicked. I think that
this work can be done safely with the Immobilizer. Sometimes
an animal goes down in the chute during surgery. I think that the
Immobilizer has been very effective in preventing that."

"I have compared the heart rate
and respiration with and without the Immobilizer, and the
animal has greatly reduced rates for both functions with its use.
The Immobilizer can be used for dehornings, castrations, standing
C-sections, and LDA surgery with local anesthesia. Animals coming
out of the chute seem to be much calmer than those without the Immobilizer.
The Immobilizer makes it possible for one person to perform
castrations, dehorning or similar operations."

| Becky Rus Cattle
Operation Owner in Hawarden, Iowa
“We have been using this in the feedlot for years
with excellent results. Everything from banding/cutting bulls, dehorning,
prolapsed heifers, branding fat heifers, calving problems, toe abscess,
getting heifers/cows to nurse a calf, IV’ing sick cattle, dewlap/brisket
tags, clipping show cattle as well as freeze/hot branding horses.
I highly recommend this unit, especially if you are working alone
or have older or younger family members helping. It makes cattle
handling much safer! Every livestock owner should own one. Please
call me with any questions or concerns.” |

“Becky at Livestock Concepts told me about how great
“THE IMMOBILIZER” works, but I had to try one to become a believer.
She let me take one and try it; if I didn’t like it, I could send
it back. “THE IMMOBILIZER” is very simple to use.
I used it to hot brand cattle and horses; cut bulls; work on feet
on everything from calves to bulls; put sulfa boluses in 2500 lb.
bulls; milk out beef cows; get calves to suck on their mothers;
work on eyes; dehorn cattle; and it also works great for freeze
branding (cattle don’t jump). When you’re done, turn off the machine
and the cattle leave like nothing had happened.
I run a lot of cows and this turned out to be a great investment.
This is a very safe instrument and will keep you from getting beat
up. I have used it on hundreds of animals with no complications.
I would like to thank Becky (Livestock Concepts Inc.) and Carl (Stephca
Enterprises Inc.) for introducing me to “THE IMMOBILIZER”. It is
a very cost efficient and safe piece of equipment. No ranch should
be without one.” |
